At its regular monthly meeting, St. Pius X Parish Council (St. John’s) extended belated birthday wishes to Beth Boulos-Ryan on the occasion of her 90th birthday. Beth, a 45-year member, was a charter member of the Immaculate Conception Parish Council in Deer Lake, Newfoundland and Labrador, the second council to be formed in the province.
