On June 11th, St. Joseph Parish Council (Grande Prairie, AB), held their annual Spring Tea in celebration of years of service. Anniversary pins are handed out to members in increments of 5 years of membership & service; then they have cake, tea, and socialize!
This year they gave out anniversary pins to 31 ladies with an accumulated 650 years of service! This included one 40-year pin, two 50-year pins, one 55-year pin and one 60-year pin. 13 new members also received their initial CWL pin.
Gertie Jaeger, who is cutting the cake in a photo, was the recipient of the 60-year pin!
