St. Joseph Parish Council (Grande Prairie) celebrated the League’s 100th anniversary by planting a Courageous Crabapple tree. Members gathered on The Feast of The Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary after mass. “Happy Birthday’ to Our Blessed Mother was sung, and members reflected on the history of the League and parish. A blessing from Spiritual Advisor Fr. Leo English followed. Generous donations by local businesses made the event possible.
