St. Joseph City Parish Council (Chatham) member, Victoria Frias, was recently awarded the Catholic Principals’ Council of Ontario Student Scholarship. Victoria was recognized for her work volunteering with the League and Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario. The scholarship is presented annually to “a graduating student who best exemplifies strength and passion in the areas of service, advocacy and leadership” and who “demonstrates engagement in the community and Church exemplifying integrity, selflessness, courage and determination.”
