St. John the Baptist Parish Council, Longlac hosted the 93rd annual Hearst-Moosonee diocesan convention this year, with the theme Care for Our Common Home. Guest speaker Evelyn Marcon spoke on the theme, while members enjoyed two sessions, “Laudato Si’: Our Point of Reference” and “Water entrusted to us as a gift: Being the Change.”
