One of the implementation committee’s working groups has created another important resource called Recruit Parish Leaders Guide (#651). The purpose in creating this guide was to accumulate the research that was done on various current leadership recruitment practices and to learn how the League could attract new members from within parishes. The guide offers practical tools to help councils identify and recruit non-member Catholic women in parish ministries and leadership roles. Members are encouraged to utilize this wonderful resource that will assist in reaching out to potential leaders that can let their talents shine in the League.
