Having 2021 behind us comes with mixed emotions. In varying degrees, 
it was a challenging year for everyone, yet I am convinced that we all have something—be it a little or a lot—to be thankful for.
What a bright year there is ahead of us—Pope Francis’ synod, the League’s strategic plan strategies being actioned, with God’s grace a sold-out convention in Kelowna in August and members beyond eager to get back in full swing to the work of the League. With all this, members proudly live out their baptismal promise of being Catholic and Living It!
As 2022 begins, I extend my personal best wishes and those of the national executive/board to every one of you. By God’s grace, may this New Year fulfill our every prayer and hope.
