Lap Quilt Challenge
During these long winter evenings, I hope League members are busy making lap quilts for the Lap Quilt Challenge. Whether you sew, knit, crochet, patch or quilt, your efforts and prayer-in-action will be most appreciated by vulnerable people and those in hospice or nursing homes. Let’s look at May 1st as our deadline to have them ready for distribution from conventions. Help make our country cozy and warm, covered in mercy and love! Are you up for the challenge? Having never done this before, I am now working on my third lap quilt. I dare you to try too!
