Implementation Committee Lead of Goal 3 Jacqueline Nogier and the encourage diversity working group have spent months working on the objective to increase the participation of diverse cultural and generational groups. Through annual survey data from councils as recent as 2020, it can be seen that the League is culturally diverse and strives to be more so. That data also indicates there is more work to do in the way of the membership having a more diverse generational mix. The working group has created a resource, Embracing Diversity: Tools for Council Use to assist in attaining these goals. Councils are encouraged to review and utilize this information.
