All Saints Parish Council, Coquitlam

Sep 25, 2020 | Spotlight

In commemoration of the League’s 100th anniversary, All Saints Parish Council (Coquitlam) planted a Bloodgood Japanese Maple on the parish grounds. The tree was picked because of the maple leaves on the League crest and for its beauty, modest size and low maintenance requirements. Approximately 30 members were present for the blessing of the tree by parish priest, Father Don Larson. Also present was Vancouver Diocesan President Barbara Renaud. Members joined in sharing cookies and cold drinks while social distancing in the church parking lot.
