I am happy to have recently taken on the role of membership coordinator at The Catholic Women’s League of Canada. I am in my learning phase with training occurring daily and still have much to learn. I am eager to serve and look forward to assisting you as best as I can!
I am so encouraged by the number of councils who have already begun to submit memberships for the 2020 season! Due to a high volume of incoming e-mails, phone calls and other inquiries, as well as my newness to the job, I ask for your patience. All requests are being responded to in the order they were received, including those submitted while the membership coordinator position was vacant.
To serve you better, I am providing you with an update regarding e-mail inquiries. As of December 5th, I am working on e-mails received November 18th. If you sent a request to me prior to that date that has not yet been processed, please resubmit. For any e-mails sent after November 18th, please do not send duplicate requests as this will slow the process. I am doing my best to get caught up and learn. I know we are all excited about the 2020 membership season, especially as it is the centennial anniversary of the League! Keep those memberships coming in! I will keep you updated each week on the progress.
