St. Peter Parish Council (Goderich, ON) recently hosted a spiritual retreat for its family of parishes. Guest speaker, Fr. Tom Donohue, author of The Spiritual Exercises: How They Helped Me Discover Myself and God Over 40 Years, discussed St. Ignatius’ spiritual exercises, ways to get to know ourselves, habits to follow and how to move closer to God.
