In recognition of their advocacy, Saskatchewan Diocesan members were invited by the Minister of Justice, Bronwyn Eyre, to attend the provincial legislative session when The Human Trafficking Protection (Coerced Debts) Amendment Act was passed.
Minister Eyre introduced each member and thanked the League for their work in spreading human trafficking awareness and survivor support.
