12 Hours of Prayer for Palliative Care
May 2018

“Let us not underestimate the power of so many voices united in prayer.”
(Pope Francis)
At the October national executive meeting, it was decided to once again call upon this power of prayer through another “12 Hours of Prayer for Palliative Care” initiative during the week of May 6-12, 2018, the week designated as National Hospice Palliative Care Week by the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association. National First Vice-President and Chairperson of Education and Health Fran Lucas, and Education and Health Sub-Committee Chairperson  Becky Kallal have put together a Palliative Care Kit available to download for use by councils.
